Barrister Mahin Muqtadir Rahman

Managing Partner

Grit, hard work and perfection – these are the qualities that describe best the Managing Partner of Guardian Chambers, Barrister Mahin Muqtadir Rahman. Mr. Rahman was admitted by Bangladesh Bar Council in the year 2010 and permitted to practice before the Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in the year 2013.

Mr. Rahman finished his LLB (Hons) from the University of London, London, UK and subsequently passed his Bar Vocational Course from City Law School, City University, London, UK and got called to the Bar of England and Wales by The Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in London. Mr. Rahman has also passed Post Graduate Diploma in Law from City University, London, UK and later completed his LLM in Professional and Legal Skills specializing in Judicial Review from City University of London, London, UK.

Barrister Farzana Sattar

Managing Partner

Ms. Sattar is a Partner at Guardian Chambers. She completed her LLB (Hons) from University of London, London, UK followed by a successful completion of Bar Vocational Course with excellent academic results from City Law School, City University, London, UK and got called to the Bar of England and Wales by The Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in London. Currently, Ms. Sattar is a regular practitioner at the Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Ms. Sattar has previously worked at one of the leading corporate law firms in Bangladesh from where she has acquired valuable knowledge in corporate practice as well as general litigation.
